Grand opening celebration draws more than 400 guests to historic downtown Pensacola

Engel & Völkers Florida celebrated the grand opening of its newest shop, Engel & Völkers Pensacola, on Thursday, August 21st in historic downtown Pensacola. Located at 190 South Jefferson Street in the first-level retail section of The Shoppes of Southtowne, the red-carpet event drew over 400 guests who enjoyed a lively outdoor reception with a bar in the round set up in the temporarily closed street corner of South Jefferson and East Intendencia.

The celebration featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by Giese, alongside representatives from the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce and Tourist Information Center. Guests included colleagues from across the country, regional business leaders, local real estate professionals, and community supporters.
