Engel & Völkers Tampa Downtown continues to attract top talent with the addition of seasoned advisor Sue LaGree

TAMPA, Fla. - July 29, 2025 - Engel & Völkers Florida announced today that real estate advisor Sue LaGree has joined its Tampa Downtown shop. With more than a decade of experience and annual sales exceeding $14 million, LaGree adds to the firm’s growing roster of top-performing agents.

LaGree began her career as a licensed attorney in Massachusetts before transitioning to real estate in Florida. Since then, she has earned several industry certifications—including GRI, SRS, LHC, CPRES and RSPS—and in 2021 launched her own brand, Wise Moves with Sue LaGree, which emphasizes smart decision-making and strong client relationships. Known for her clear communication and strategic guidance, she helps clients confidently navigate complex transactions.

The brokerage plans to hold a grand opening in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking an important milestone in its growth within the Tampa luxury market. In the meantime, the firm is actively recruiting top local talent to join its expanding team.
