Rich Bowden Joins Engel & Völkers Naples
Engel & Völkers Naples continues to attract top talent with the addition of seasoned advisor Rich Bowden from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty
Engel & Völkers Florida today announced that Rich Bowden has joined Engel & Völkers Naples from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Bowden closed more than $52 million in sales in the past year alone and has advised numerous private clients, property developers and private equity investment funds in a vast number of sales and transactions over a 36 year across Europe and North America. His addition reinforces Engel & Völkers Naples’ position in the region’s competitive luxury market.

Bowden holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in English language and literature from University College London, ranked among the top 10 universities worldwide. He began his career at Anthony Gover Estates in London, where he rose from intern to team leader in just two years, before founding Bowden Property Services, which expanded to three offices handling residential sales and leasing. He later served as CEO of Southwest Management, a property development firm specializing in sourcing and renovating investment properties for sale and rental. After relocating to Naples in 2004, Bowden became chief investment officer of Bowden, LLC, a family office real estate and financial investment fund, where for 19 years he managed a diverse portfolio of residential real estate, equities, derivatives, fixed income and mortgage contracts.
