Engel & Völkers Pompano Beach Celebrates Grand Opening Following Shop Buildout
Engel & Völkers Florida Strengthens Broward County Foothold with Pompano Beach Shop Launch and Grand Opening Event
Engel & Völkers Florida today announced the official grand opening of Engel & Völkers Pompano Beach following the completion of its shop buildout. Located at 2401 E. Atlantic Blvd., Suite 105, the new shop expands the global luxury real estate brand’s footprint in Broward County and reinforces its commitment to serving one of South Florida’s fastest-growing luxury markets. The grand opening celebration welcomed clients, community partners, local leaders, local real estate professionals, family and friends for a first look at the space.
“Strategic growth in key luxury markets remains a top priority for us,” said Peter Giese, CEO of Engel & Völkers Florida. “With its influx of investment, luxury developments, and waterfront lifestyle, Pompano Beach is exactly the type of market where our brand thrives. Frank and Marie have the talent and leadership to make this shop a destination for both top advisors and discerning clients.”
License Partners Marie Gonneville and Francisco Garcia bring a complementary mix of local insight and international luxury experience to the Pompano Beach market. Supported by the Engel & Völkers global network, the shop will serve buyers and sellers across the region, with a particular focus on new luxury developments including Solemar, Casamar, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waldorf Astoria, Armani, Salato, and Ocean 580.
“With the shop now open, we’re proud to welcome guests into a beautiful, modern space that reflects the Engel & Völkers global brand standard,” said Gonneville. “Our vision is to be the top luxury brokerage in Pompano Beach, and this opening is a major step in that direction. We’re excited to offer our community access to elevated real estate services and premier properties.”
The brokerage has set ambitious goals for its first year, including achieving $75 million in sales volume, and plans to expand its team to 50 advisors over the next five years, with at least half expected to close more than $10 million in annual sales. Engel & Völkers Pompano Beach will also collaborate with Engel & Völkers Development Services to further enhance its offerings in the luxury sector.
“This marks an exciting new chapter for Engel & Völkers in Southeast Florida,” said Garcia. “With over $2 billion in development planned or underway, Pompano Beach is attracting a new wave of high-net-worth residents. Our new shop is ready to meet this demand—serving clients with world-class service, elevated marketing, and access to the most exclusive listings.”
The Pompano Beach location builds on Garcia’s success in Fort Lauderdale, where he has led Engel & Völkers to over $500 million in closed sales since 2018. Gonneville, who continues to serve as an Engel & Völkers advisor in Montréal, brings more than 15 years of luxury real estate and global brand experience—including work with LVMH—providing a refined international perspective and strengthening cross-border referral opportunities between Québec and South Florida.
