Claire O'Keefe Joins Engel & Völkers Naples

Engel & Völkers Naples continues to attract top talent with the addition of seasoned advisor Claire O’Keefe

Engel & Völkers Florida today announced that top-producing real estate advisor Claire O'Keefe has joined its Naples shop. With three years of experience and an annual sales volume of over $8 million, O’Keefe is being recognized for her unique, relationship-focused approach and her commitment to providing clients with a bespoke real estate experience.

“For me, real estate is about more than transactions; it’s about building lasting relationships based on trust and truly understanding a client’s story,” O’Keefe said. “I use my listening skills and problem-solving background to create a seamless process so every client feels heard and every real estate journey is successful.”

Before entering real estate, O’Keefe built a distinguished career in higher education and law. She spent more than a decade at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, where she served as Associate Dean of Admissions and Student Engagement, Assistant Dean of Admissions, and Director of Admissions. She also taught as an Assistant Professor of advanced critical thinking and bar preparation specialist. Earlier in her career, O’Keefe held leadership roles at Hofstra Law School and Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, following nearly a decade as an Assistant Attorney General for the state of New York. She earned her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.

“Claire embodies the Engel & Völkers culture,” said Victoria Sultz, license partner of Engel & Völkers Naples. “Her dedication to excellence and emphasis on relationships over transactions set her apart. Her unique background and skill set make her an incredible addition to our team.”

Before joining Engel & Völkers, O’Keefe was a real estate advisor with the Michelle Thomas Team at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, where she gained valuable experience in the Naples luxury market. Notably, Engel & Völkers Naples managing broker Dawn Wheldon also previously worked with the team before moving to Engel & Völkers.

In addition to her professional success, O’Keefe is actively involved in the community. She serves as a Panel Chair and Board Secretary with the Collier Citizens Foster Review Board, where she volunteers her time to support children and families in need.

“Claire’s story is a strong example of what it means to be an Engel & Völkers advisor,” said Peter Giese, CEO of Engel & Völkers Florida. “Her blend of professional expertise, innovative client service and community commitment inspires advisors across our network. I commend Victoria and her team for the tremendous job they’re doing in attracting top talent to the brokerage.”

Engel & Völkers Naples has recently welcomed a wave of new advisors, adding 15 professionals whose combined annual sales volume totals nearly $53 million. This growth underscores the shop’s position as one of the region’s leading destinations for real estate talent.
